REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
-Must be a registered nurse with updated PRC license
-With experience as company nurse, with BLS/ACLS and BOSH certification an advantage
-With pleasing personality and good moral character
-Computer literate
-Can work on shifting schedule and holidays
-Can start ASAP
DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clinic consultation & first aid treatment
- Wellness and healthy lifestyle promotion, health counseling and education,
- Medicine dispensation for certain ailments
- Planning and implementation of clinic programs
- Medicine Inventory and Purchase
- Pre-employment physical exam processing
For other functions:
o Tardiness & absence notifications
o Sick Leave Validation (HRIS)
o Pre-employment Physical Exam results and other pre-employment concerns
