Job Summary: A company nurse, also known as occupational health and safety or occupational health nurse, is a qualified nurse who is employed by a company. They provide general first aid to employees when required, assess employee health risks, and promote employee health.
Job Description:
Responsible for assessing patients, taking vital signs, administering injections and medication, and developing patient care plans.
Assesses employees and advises immediate superiors regarding their ability to work.
Provides preventative measures to improve workplace safety by offering health counseling.
Assesses the work area for potential hazards and health issues
Conducts follow-up check-ups to individuals with recent injury or illness to ensure they are fit to work.
Monitors inventory of supplies.
Performs other duties and special assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
A graduate of 4 years related course, preferably BS Nursing to act as Company Nurse
With OHNAP Certificate(Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines) is an advantage
With related HR work, experience is an advantage
Computer literate
Patient and trustworthy.
Good interpersonal skills
Organize, keen into details..
Can work with minimal supervision.
Willing to do fieldwork.
Willing to work in compressed hour week; Monday to Friday
Can start immediately
