Description
ob Responsibilities:
1. Administer first aid treatment on illness or accident before referring the patient to a nearby hospital for further medical treatment.
2. Follows - up employees admitted in the hospitals and conducts home visits if requested by department heads.
3. Provide health education to patients.
4. Response to employee's health concern, give sound advice and referrals.
5. Implements monthly wellness program for health awareness and encouragement to aim a healthy lifestyle.
6. Implements and ensures compliance with Health and Safety policies, procedures and programs.
7. Administer employees' semi - annual medical examination.
8. Member of Health and Safety Committee. Report to Immediate Manager regarding employees' accident.
9. Assess job hazards and incorporated health promotions strategies to minimize accidents.
10. Responsible for monthly inventories of medicines.
11. Facilitated random Drug checking to employees along with Drug Check Philippines.
12. Act as liaison and coordinator with HMO transactions.
13. Provide annual report of incident/ accident to be submitted to DOLE if necessary.
14. Provide monthly summary report of incidences.
15. Other task that may be assigned by the HRDD Head within the scope of HRDD.
Qualifications:
Practical Nursing graduate or any related
BOSH Certified
Female
With or without work experience
Willing to work in San Fernando Pampanga (preferably nearby applicants)
