Job Descriptions
Maintains compliance to Health and Safety Labor laws and internal policies;
Responsible to provide first aid treatment and medication in case of injuries or accidents. If needed for hospitalization, responsible to accompany the patient as well;
Records and keep confidential patient's medical history results;
Responsible to conduct regular inventory of medicines and other supplies and responsible for the requisition of the same;
Conduct monthly regular toolbox meeting for production employees to ensure safety in the workplace;
Conduct monthly regular meeting for Safety and Health Committee;
Conduct regular inspection in all company areas and during operations for safety and health; procedure monitoring;
Responsible to coordinate and conduct Annual Physical Exam for direct hired employees
HR Associate
Monitors and facilitates remittances and online posting of statutory benefits (Philhealth and SSS) and loan payments
Provides assistance in Recruitment such as facilitating Mental Ability Test Exam and Pre-employment Requirements;
Prepares payroll summary report for Third Party's employees including timely submission of accurate charges
Facilitates timely internal clearances of the resigned employees;
Facilitates Leave application and the approval of the same from the concerned superiors and facilitates off-setting of worked schedule.
Prepare list of employees for appraisal and forward Performance Memo with attached Performance Appraisal form to the immediate superior
Provides assistance to Human Resources group whenever necessary;
Support HR/Admin activities as needed;
Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Licensed/Registered nurse;
At least one year experience in clinical practice in an industrial setting;
Proficient in written and oral communication skills;
Knowledgeable on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations;
Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
With excellent bedside manners and good interpersonal skills;
With a positive personal values, good work ethics, energetic and passionate;
Can work under pressure with minimum supervision;
Willing to work on shifts.
Proficient in basic computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and e-mail);
Certified First - Aide Trainer preferred;
With ability to prepare various reports using computer
Schedule:
8 hour shift
