Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor / College Degree in Nursing.
At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field for this position
Has successfully completed the required DOLE Training course for occupational Health ( OHNAP- BOSH)
Job Responsibilities:
Observes and assesses workers, staff and the work environment for health hazard/risks
Monitors and secures supply of first aid kits and medicine at sites
Manages occupational and non-occupational illness and injury
Administers first aid to prepare patient's transfer to the nearest hospital for further treatment as and when required
Documents cases of injury and illness and the necessary interventions to prevent recurrence or minimize the impact of such
Other works such as administrative works that may assigned from immediate supervisor.
Willing to work in Norzagaray Bulacan site.
