Perform physical assessment and dispense medicine to injured employees or personnel
Assist injured employees or personnel during doctor's consultations and hospital admission
Perform medical assistance such as first aid and emergency procedures in the coordination of the companySafety Officer
Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential
Perform inventory and requisition of medicines and clinic supplies
Monitor and assigned claims for sickness benefits, life, accident, and medical insurance
Coordinates with the Annual Physical examination program covering all employees
Submits reports to government institutions on company implementation of government health programs,thus, ensuring company involvement in National Health Programs if any
Implements the company's control system on health concerns thru the Fit to
Work issuance
Submit DOLE requirements every month/year
Monitor Timekeeping (Attendance) of all employees
Making of company
I.D for the newly hired employees
Performs other related jobs which may be assigned by the Department Head and CEO
Minimum Requirements:•
Graduate of Bs in Nursing
With at least one (2) years of experience
Must be honest, result-oriented, a team player, and with a good learning attitude
Good decision-making and analytical skills
Good problem-solving and time-management skillsWilling to rendered overtime
