Company Profile: This company is a Japanese Manufacturing company operating more than 40 years in the industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Experience in HR/Admin and Nursing
Responsibilities:
Assesses employee's health condition and refers the sick employee to the company physician, recognized clinics and diagnostic centers or hospitals if advised to go home.
Dispenses medicines as per employees health complaints.
Records all employees who visited the clinic for medical assistance in the stocks card. (i.e. names, complaints and medicines given.)
Sets schedule & Coordinates with General Affairs Supervisor for the annual physical examination of employees.
Makes a report for the summary of examination of employees. Makes a report for the summary of examination and files medical records.
