Compensation and Benefits cum Company Nurse
- Develop and implement health and safety programs.
- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
- Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
- Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
- Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
- Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
- Improve health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
- Develop the strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
- Communicate with management on a regular basis.
- Attend seminar workshops on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family planning, and Stress Management.
- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy.
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
- Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications.
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
- Apply effective communication strategies.
- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys.
- Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.
- Registered Nurse with compensation and Benefits Experience is an advantage
- OHNAP, BAL and ASL Certification is an advantage
- if no experience in HR, must be wiling to be trained in Compensation and Benefits
- With Basic Occupational Health and Safety.
- Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Critical-thinking skills.
- A warm and caring disposition.
- Experience in CompenBen is an Advantage but if no experience, then must be willing to be trained
