Job Description
Ensure compliance with safety and health labor laws and internal policies.
Responsible for providing first aid treatment and medications in case of injuries / accidents.
If needed, must accompany the patient for hospitalization.
Responsible for coordinating with HMO provider about annual physical exams and other employee concerns.
Monitor inventory of medicine and medical supplies, and in-charge of the request for replenishment
Monitor and assist benefits claims of employees
Coordinate employee needs and records with the company health provider
Develop and implement health and safety programs.
Develop disease prevention programs, such as smoking, cessation, exercise and healthy eating
Document all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace
Observe and assess the work environment for potential dangers and hazards
Oversee and implement emergency and disaster preparedness programs and planning.
Counsel employees on physical and mental health issues and guide them on community resources and/or employee assistance programs.
Monitor health status of employees
Conduct research on the effects of hazardous work conditions or workplace exposures, which may include gathering data and reporting findings to the employer.
Other HR task that may be assigned.
Job Qualifications
Educational Requirements : Must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board) in Nursing
Experience : At least two years related work experience
