Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• With at least 1 year of experience Manufacturing or hospital set up.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• With flexible personality and can work with minimum supervision.
As Company Nurse:
• Provide assistance to employees' overall health related issues.
• Will act as first aider.
• Brings employee to hospital in case of sickness and accident.
• Plans and implements the annual medical examination and executive check-up of regular employees
• Replenish medical supplies; monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time.
• Responsible for clinic equipment and supplies.
As HR Assistant:
• Assist in other HR related matters such as: benefits administration.
• Assist employees regarding their SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig concerns.
• Monitor and Apply SSS and Pag-ibig loans.
• Process SSS sickness and maternity notifications and reimbursements for the employees
• Monitor and apply company health maintenance organization (HMO) and Life insurance.
