tasks & Job responsibilities:
GENERAL:
1. Picks up and transports documents, materials, and other items from point A to point B in any activities detrimental to the interest of the company;
2. Adheres to company policies and practices.
SPECIFIC:
1. Picks up and transports confidential and non-confidential documents or materials that adheres to the following :
a. Determine destinations by referring to addresses on documents
b. Ensure that the documents are delivered in a time-efficient manner
c. Ensure the highest degree of security, especially with confidential documents
d. Take recipient's signature of the receipt of the documents
e. Prepping the product for their deliveries
2. Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
1. At least 2nd yr college (any course)
2. Knows how to drive a motorcycle - with own motorcycle preferably
3. With at least with 1-year of work practice related to the position preferably in a Financial or Bank industry (but still open for other industries)
