LEGAL COUNSEL
Job Description:
Develop and recommend company policies on legal issues;
Anticipate and guard against legal or regulatory risks facing the company;
Draft, negotiate and review contracts, pleadings and other legal documents;
Perform due diligence on properties to be acquired or transactions to be entered into;
Handle and represent the Company in all cases before the courts, administrative tribunals and agencies;
Apply for and manage licenses, certifications, permits of the company;
Perform the corporate housekeeping functions for companies owned by the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Candidate is a lawyer in good standing, with a law degree from a reputable university (MBA is a plus)
Preferably 3-5 years law practice in a reputable law firm
Experience in PPP, a plus
