Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle and perform collection of payments.
2. Monitor and coordinate with department and assist to follow up collections.
3. Facilitate delivery of mails or documentation requirements with clients and sister companies.
4. Handle bank transactions (passbook update)
5. Pay company bills.
6. Deposit checks/payments to the bank.
7. Buy materials/supplies as advised.
8. Ensure that assigned vehicle is clean at all times
9. Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
10. Report any instance of damage, mishap or accident to the supervisor
12. Perform daily maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the vehicle
13. Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education : High School level or with equivalent experience
Experience : Preferably with at least 2-year experience
With Valid Driver's License (RESTRICTION CODE: 123)
Other Skills : Excellent driving skills
