Job Description
Purpose of Role:
Responsible for driving vehicles over established routes and schedules to deliver or pick up items, or accompany other employees for a task. May also be responsible for collecting payments at the point of delivery, and assist in logistical tasks.
 
Key Results Area:
- Drive vehicles to deliver or pick up items, or accompany employees.
- Inform and record delivery information on the necessary daily records.
- Listen to and escalate customers' concerns or complaints regarding items or services.
- Collect money from customers, and record transactions.
- Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
- Check the condition of a vehicle's tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.
- Maintain and clean the exterior and interior of vehicles.
- Make minor repairs or troubleshoot vehicles.
- Read maps and follow written and verbal geographic directions.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs.
- Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations by calling an immediate supervisor.
- Assist in logistical tasks as needed.
 
Qualifications:
- Must be at least a High School graduate
- Must have at least 2 years of Driving Experience
- Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License
- Must have a Good Moral Character and Work Ethics
- Must have a Good Driving Record
- Must be able to communicate orally and in writing in English and Tagalog
- Must be willing to drive and travel to different locations within Luzon
- Can drive manual and automatic vehicles, delivery vans, and pick-up trucks
- Can do minor repairs or vehicle troubleshooting
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
 
Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
