Key Roles and Responsibilities
Driving responsibilities
Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
Follows the itinerary given by admin supervisor.
Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's usage.
Regularly clean and disinfect the company vehicle after use.
Conduct minor maintenance on the company vehicle.
Schedules regular quarterly maintenance on the provider.
Reports any accidents, injuries, incidents and vehicle damage to management.
Suggest better travel routes to avoid traffic congestion.
Makes sure that the company vehicle is properly parked at the end of work.
Administrative Functions
Gives support to housekeeping, maintenance and admin during off hours.
Participates in company related activities.
Can canvass and purchase items outside the office.
Can assist with minor banking transactions.
Attitude
Must maintain good working relationship with team members and superiors.
Must maintain good working relationship with other department.
Must inform superior for any leave, filed or emergency.
Must be responsible and work with minimal supervision.
Must be willing to work on extended hours if needed.
Must be honest, trustworthy and should maintain no records of infraction.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knows how to drive manual transmission vehicles
Knows how to conduct basic maintenance of vehicle (EG: water level, oil, break fluid, etc.)
Knows how to use navigation application on smart phones (EG: Waze)
Knows how to use communication application on smart phones (EG: Viber)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.

Experience
5 years driving experience
Licenses
Restriction 2 professional
