Processes of supplier payments
Process payroll for Singapore employees
Prepares and submits CPF contributions for Singapore employees
Processes expense claims
Performs weekly & monthly bank reconciliation in Xero relating to sales and expenses
Posting and adjusting various journals
Handle monthly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Preparation of financial statements
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Performs adhoc task as may require by the management
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing deliverables on time
Make best-practices recommendations to management
Client management and correspondence
Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
At least 6 years of working experience in this position
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
With exceptionally good communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Methodical and organized
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Strong and proficient computer skills i.e. Excel formulas, Pivot, Google sheet, Xero and others
Responsible, independent, self-motivated and with sense of risk
Can work with minimum supervision
Pro-active approach to his/her work and the team
With "can-do" attitude
Ability to handle pressure, including willingness to work the extra hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures
