RedFOX Labs is looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our expanding team. This is a virtual work from position with preference given to South East Asian based candidates due to working hours but is open to all great candidates.

WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Community Manager who is able to come into an exciting fast growing startup company to work hard with us and make something truly special.
You have exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a 'people person' with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the public-facing channels and interactions, policing tone of voice and ensure brand reputation and values are upheld publicly and internally.
Ensure all channels are consistent in their outbound messaging.
Ensure all reference materials are relevant, linked, accurate and checked regularly.
Ensure that all departments abide by rules relating to scheduled release of information.
Ensure all published content and information has been signed off by relevant and authorised parties
Ensure that all posts are monitored and questions, comments are engaged with the appropriate response.
Manage all inbound inquiries and ensure all requests and feedback is bucketed and sent to the correct persons for handling.
Ensure all inquiries have labels, are tracked, measured and results calculated; All sales or business inquiries are to be directed to the appropriate channels or person(s).
Assist with the development of campaigns to attract new members to the RFOX Community and to its venture communities.
Ensure constant growth of communities
Ensure a consistent message across all projects and track and measure cross-promotional opportunities within the ecosystem.
Liaise with Brand Ambassadors
Work with BI to track key metrics across channels.
Provide weekly reporting on agreed-upon metrics and attended meetings set by supervisor(s)
Strategy and Planning
Keyword research and industry research.
Develop target audience and potential client lists based on trends and analysis.
Advise and recommend content and information topics based on interaction and engagement of content.
Work with other departments to develop strategies to reduce churn and improve VOC, CSAT and NPS.
Assist in the development of strategies, plans and budgets to implement and achieve agreed business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required years of experience based on progression ladder, related experience in Marketing or in Social Media Management
Track record of success cultivating communities.
Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
Team leadership and coaching skills.
Knowledge of Omni-channel management.
Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
Good knowledge of crypto, defi, NFT's.
