24-7 Intouch is searching for a creative, energetic, driven Communications Specialist with strong writing skills that thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and strives for success and results. Does this sound like you? Read on!
Reporting to the VP of Brand and Communications, you'll play a major role in keeping over 25,000 employees around the world connected to our company and our culture. You will be responsible for creating a variety of communication materials and content and leveraging across multiple platforms, including internal communications platforms, earned media, speaking engagements, awards, and other reputation-building communication channels. This is a highly specialized position that requires the ability to develop and communicate key messages clearly, a passion for internal reporting and crafting engaging stories, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
You'll also work with a growing team of Communications Specialists across multiple regions, helping ensure our editorial vision is executed while staying true to the 24-7 Intouch brand voice and values.
As Communications Specialist, You Will...
Write, edit, and project manage multiple communications campaigns across the APAC region
Manage deadlines and project plans, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
Be a skilled creative thinker, technical writer, and storyteller
Communicate to a diverse, global and regional audience, ensuring our messages resonate and reflect our brand
Collaborate with and provide recommendations to multiple department leaders throughout the APAC region and globally
Ideate and execute opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and prominence in the market through PR initiatives, including media relations, industry publications, and earned media
Make strategic recommendations to executives and colleagues alike in terms of content strategy, media placement, and timing.
Support strategic communications programs to connect employees across the APAC region and our global organization
Support other marketing programs, projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
As Communications Specialist, You Have...
University or College grad with a Communications or Marketing specialty or equivalent combination of education and experience
Exceptional proficiency in the English language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can captivate readers with your storytelling
The ability to prioritize and focus with attention to detail
The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
The ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment and switch gears quickly between projects and deadlines
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
