QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Education, AB English, or Mass Communication
With at least 1-year call center training experience
Training experience in communication & customer service skills is an advantage
Experience in designing and developing training material is preferred but not required
Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
Must have excellent facilitation, presentation, and listening skills
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Has good interpersonal and professional skills
Has the ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes quickly and professionally
Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment
Has strong attention to detail
Has the ability to prioritize assignments and projects based on importance and customer expectations
Analytical, dynamic, and creative
Willing to work in shifts/weekends/holidays
