Raises DB Philippines franchise in particular and DB in general by promoting success within and outside DB through content creation that showcases DB Philippines within the wider DB organisation. Actively supports and communicates the global and regional DB strategy, plans and values driving a high performance culture and supporting efficient decision-making. Develops marketing communications based on agreed upon global and regional key messages to support organizational tactical efforts. Builds and executes supporting engagement / communication strategies. Promotes collaboration and works as an integrated member of the Communications team, integrating and aligning plans. Drives engagement through motivating, consistent, timely and accurate communications within DB based on a clear understanding of employee and stakeholder needs. Your skills and experience University Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communications exposure in Finance, Business Management, Economics a plus Fluent in English, including ability for clear and concise oral and written expression Latin honors a plus but not required. Professional training and expertise in creating digital content a plus Actively participated/led university organisations / publications. Experienced in editorial / integrated marketing communications / digital promotions / marketing / traditional marketing (from conceptualization to execution) gained from internships or work experience of at least less than a year. Very good communication and presentation skills. Confident to work with senior management.
