Job Description
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), mechanical drawings, and schematics.
Hands-on experience in the pre-commissioning and startup of mechanical systems, including piping, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other equipment related to fertilizer production.
Prior experience working on large-scale fertilizer projects, from pre-commissioning through to operational readiness.
In-depth understanding of mechanical pre-commissioning processes in the fertilizer or similar process industries (e.g., chemical, petrochemical).
Strong familiarity with mechanical systems and equipment used in fertilizer plants (e.g., reactors, heat exchangers, rotary equipment, etc.).
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards specific to the fertilizer and chemical industries.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
At least 6 years of experience in pre- commissioning or mechanical supervision within industrial projects, specifically in the fertilizer industry.
