Job Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees the production operation from receiving, processing, storage and dispatching.
Maintains commissary cleanliness, ensure food safety practices are followed.
Conducts ordering, receiving, inventory of raw ingredients with cost control emphasis
Execute cost savings measures on Electricty, water, gas and truck fuel consumption.
Maintains great working relationship with team members.
Position Requirements
College Graduate
3 to 4 years of kitchen experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to build relationships with members and team members
Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve conflicts quickly, efficiently, and professionally
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
