Description
We are actively looking for a Commissary Manager will be responsible for over-all operations of bakery commissary focusing on Quality Control, Logistics, Manpower Planning and Inventory Management.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Ensure day-to-day operations in Production, Purchasing and Central Warehouse
Supervise accuracy and costing during month-end inventory
Control food cost by minimizing spoilage, utilize food surplus and portion control and FIFO.
Qualifications and skills required:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, HRIM and/ or Industrial Engineering
Background in Good Manufacturing Practice and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Principles
Knowledge in Inventory Planning and Control/ Effective Stocks Forecasting
Exposure in Bakery/ Manufacturing Plant is a plus.
