Job Description
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
Wash, chop, and cut fruit, meat, vegetables, and other ingredients as required
Assist with food preparation for the day's service, ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes.
Monitor kitchen inventory and identify items that need restocking
Plate meal items under the supervision of the Chef de Partie, ensuring they meet presentation standards and are ready for service.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Proficient knife skills and the ability to prepare a variety of food items efficiently
In-depth understanding of food safety regulations, health codes, and hygiene standards
