Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
Enabling sales to execute by driving completeness and practicability of Trade Activities that support the overall category commercial plan
Key Outputs:
Accountable in creating defined standards on planning and execution measurement for both field sales and category to support agile execution and optimization of commercial plans
Responsible for running all properly graded Trade activities of the salesman within Channel Capacity standards (capacity to execute of the salesman and merchandisers as well as store and distributor capacity in terms of space). Provide analysis and recommendation in cases of deviation from standards anchored on activity post evaluations.
Responsible for checking correctness and accuracy of the activity details and KPIs according to the mechanics and objectives of the Cycle Plan activities
Accountable for the timely cascade and communication of all Cycle Plan activities to identified recipients from Field Sales.
Accountable for consistent, timely and accurate tracking and communicating results versus set KPIs. Responsible for collecting and integrating field feedback, execution details and updates to activity owners and relevant stakeholders.
Lead in the recommendation and updates on improvements on tools and automation hinged on continuous process simplification of the Commercial Planning process
Responsible for setting and managing the monthly Cycle Plan meeting between Channel and Category, ensuing the minutes of the meeting is available and acted upon by concerned parties.
