⏰ Work Mode: 3-4 months onsite before transitioning to WFH (based on performance)
💼 Role: Commercial Operations Assistant (Admin & Data Entry)Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager - responsibilities include:What You'll Do:Support the Commercial Ops Manager to maintain our CRM (HubSpot) by regularly updating contact records, tracking sales activity, and generating reports.Maintain reports and databases within the CRM, ensuring these can be used by the wide business.Encourage the use of CRM to the sales team, ensuring processes are adopted and adhered to, maximising productivity.Work with the Commercial Ops Manager to ensure all sales data is accurate and communicated effectively.Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager, and Commercial Director.Create and update guidelines and documentation for new products and processes.Develop and recommend improvements to current processes to allow for increased efficiency.Provide ad hoc support to the Account Management team, and any other duties that are required by the Commercial Manager.Manage and prioritise incoming requests, ensuring that urgent tasks are addressed promptly.What We're Looking For:Experience with manual data entry processes.Experience in sales, or sales operation si shighly desirableExcellent English level is a must- both verbal and writtenAble to work independently and produce high-quality resultsFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExperience in reading and understanding sales figures and big dataExcellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with dataAbility to work collaboratively across multiple departments.#administrative #customerservice #dataentry #crmamangement #crmsystem #phhiring #commercialassistant #jobopportunity #workfromhomeReady to contribute your skills? 🚀 Apply now and be part of our dynamic team!
