About the job
Lead the analysis and insights in Services and Fulfilment area, working with commercial team to deliver holistic analyses and recommendations.
Analyse the operational effectiveness of services related activities by measuring and benchmarking operational KPIs such as picking efficiency, Transport Service Provider (TSP) performance happy/sad flow .
Within the area of Services and Customer fulfilment, navigate towards more effective and cost-conscious ways of working, identifying growth and cost potentials through benchmarking, striving for constant improvements, and closing of the performance gap between units.
Your assignment
Responsible to provide timely data visualisation, customised data-pulls and creates customise dashboards to support analysis.
Support the commercial team for services in pricing and promotion activities simulation, goal setting by analysing return on investments of the different scenarios.
Drive and co-ordinate the business performance follow-up, budgeting and forecasting process for Service P&L and Gross Profit Report.
Support MPD process with simulations of different fulfilment scenarios (impacts from changes in channel mix, range mix, service pricing and fulfilment setup).
Analyse the short and long term profitability of our business and business decisions from fulfilment flow dimension using an activity based costing perspective.
Contribute with insight and ideas to the development of business opportunities, new technologies and innovations and promote the use of business case thinking.
Business partner towards the commercial team, supporting them to achieve business goals.
Represent the commercial navigation team towards data team and continuously co-develop the dashboard/report by improving its offer of relevant and user-friendly reporting/benchmarking of IKEA KPIs.
Qualifications
Your profile
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Self-driven, meticulous, and data-oriented.
Knowledgeable in service and fulfilment system and processes.
Strong analytical skills in translating business needs and external trends into financial solutions and business opportunities.
Understand how sales and gross margin is optimized in the different IKEA sales channels.
Strong communicator with capacity to influence decisions and create energy and commitment within the organisation.
Proficiency in BI tools such as QlikSense and PowerBI.
Passionate about people's everyday life at home and in how IKEA home furnishings reflect this.
