ZALORA is looking for a dynamic and passionate individual who is interested in the field of both Commercial and Operations, to join our 1SS (One Stock Solution) Team. The role will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager and will be in a hybrid work arrangement depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:
Head of Partner Services & Solutions Department
Launch multi-channel platform solutions @ ZALORA Philippines > Fulfillment, Data Analytics, eProduction
Driving design, growth & adoption of ZALORA's eCommerce services & solutions
Identify, lead and coordinate digital initiatives of ZALORAs key brand partners in the Philippines
Platform Services P&L responsibility for the Philippines
Close coordination with the Regional 1SS team
ZALORA's multi-channel platform solutions:
We engage with our brand partners across the full spectrum of their eCommerce journey - from eStore development to Catalog Management, Pricing & Marketing services, Customer Service, Content & Translations, all the way to our core proposition of Warehousing & Logistics.
Key focus/areas of expertise:
Strategy, business development, partnerships, key account management, B2B services (fulfillment, marketing and data)
Collaborate with internal team including commercial, marketing, product, customer service, and operation teams to help sellers on growing business and safeguard business & seller performance
Hands on approach, and work with the brands / internal teams to continuously improve service delivery
Big picture thinker - Able to balance short , medium and long term goals. Can see the bigger picture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is a minimum, higher qualification preferred
5 - 7 years of working experience in the field of tech, E-commerce, Consulting or related
Experience in managing team and driving successful projects is a must
Nimble, agile, able to nurture relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and to handle the job effectively
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Advance working knowledge of Excel.
Skilled in working with data visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau, etc)
