Main Objective of the Job:
To provide support and assistance to LPC's agents for the firm's leasing, sale and acquisition transactions.
To assist in the gathering, processing, analysis, and presentation of property and market information.
Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Manage and utilize market knowledge in preparing various comparable, listings, and presentations that aid clients in their real estate requirements
Ensure that building database is accurate and up-to-date by conducting thorough area searches and constant liaison with building administrators and landlord representatives.
