WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
The position is primarily responsible for partnering with business functions to provide financial analytics and budgetary/financial advisory. The position's accountability is focused on Supply Chain, Capital (Capex), and Operating Expenses (Opex). The incumbent will play a leading role in managing these function's budgets and support requirements for financial expertise.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner and build strong relationships with respective business functions in preparation of business case scenarios in Supply Chain, Capex, and Opex to support and influence management decision making.
Accountable for actively managing Supply Chain, Capex, and Opex budget and control process with the support of FP&A specialists.
Build knowledge of the business and identify areas for continuous improvement where necessary and applicable. Build strong working relationships with colleagues in the Finance team to provide support and guidance as required.
Build knowledge of all areas of FP&A to develop agility and flexibility to take on any other assigned responsibility deemed appropriate.
Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the FP&A specialists functionally reporting to the incumbent.
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon direction from the Head of FP&A and Finance Director.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
Strong financial analytical skills, preferably 5 to 7 years of planning and reporting experience with multinational FMCG.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong MS application skills especially in MS Excel and exposure to SAP and SAP BW (Business Warehouse)
Possess effective communication style, and good presentation and influencing skills.
Creativity, flexibility, and customer-oriented attitudes are required.
Able to manage deadlines under tight time pressure is important.
Ability to work with a great level of detail as well as overall view simultaneously.
Ability to connect the dots. Good financial analysis and business acumen skills.
Has high learning agility and adaptability to evolving business environment
