Job Descriptions
Submits monthly performance report and analysis of business results versus budget and prior year, identifying ways to improve revenues and manage costs.
Delivers timely forecasts (budget, rolling forecasts and flash estimates) and management reports based on agreed due dates. Identify and monitor risks and opportunities.
Provides timely and proactive financial evaluation, information and advice to enable management to develop and execute plans and make informed decisions.
Supports strategic planning and transformation initiatives, including preparing consolidated financials and providing analysis and sensitivities into the business
Provides post-marketing activity evaluation / analysis and support to Marketing and Merchandising teams.
Works closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to drive profitability across categories and major SKUs.
Assists the Commercial Finance Manager in regular P&L review and analysis by category.
Ensures appropriate metrics are being used to measure growth for improving profitability, controlling expenses and enhancing productivity
Job Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics, or its equivalent
Preferably with 1 year of combined commercial finance / business partnering / financial planning experience gained from multinational or large local FMCG companies
Highly analytical and with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Highly proficient in MS Applications particularly MS Excel
Fresh graduates from top colleges and universities with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
