MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
· Responsible for Trade Spend Assessments (Pre and Post Evaluation)
· Partner with Sales Team in reviewing Regional Distributors, Customer and Channel P&L
· Financial simulations for new customers
· Perform sensitivity analysis for NPD and current portfolio
· Ensure Marketing Spend are within budget.
· Comparative Analysis of Brand and SKU performance.
MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES
· Performs month end close and journals, for Trade and Marketing Support with monthly monitoring vs budget
· Ensure and implement accurate or reasonable allocation of costs on customers and brands.
· Review and validation of credit memos relative to sales overriders before processing in the system
· Analysis of overriders, actual versus budget versus last year, including tracking of actual spends versus accruals in the system
· Support external and internal audits relative to Trade Spend, Marketing Spend and AR movements
· Support in pre and post analysis for all sales overriders in all forms
· Provide Sales performance per Distributor, Customer, Channel and per category to Sales and Marketing on a weekly and monthly basis
· Provide brand performance to Marketing on a monthly basis
· Prepare NPD sensitivity analysis and benchmarking financials
·Ensure that internal controls are implemented as prescribed in the Finance Manual and other policies of the company.
· Assist in annual planning and budget preparations, sales, discounts and overriders.
