Lending Services job family encompasses all activities related to the loan lifecycle by partnering with both internal and external clients, stakeholders and regulatory partners. The family supports the end to end loan product via credit support, loan origination, loan servicing, collateral servicing & analysis, insurance servicing, quality control and product owner functions. Other activities including trading services, client services, project management, process improvement and strategy and planning are included in the respective job families
The Role
Credit Support roles support Risk and underwriting staff across multiple lines of business by collecting, inputting, analyzing and monitoring financial information such as accounts receivable and inventory and various loan agreements. They conduct analysis of existing and prospective customer's financial conditions and ensure compliance with legal documentation including loan covenants and borrowing bases (eligible assets). These roles serve to manage risk & controls for existing client portfolios from an operational perspective and provide trend analysis as needed.
Responsibilities
Primarily performs research and analysis of existing and prospective customer's financial condition and ensuring compliance to provide resolution to Credit Support issues of moderate.
These roles serve to manage risk & controls for existing client portfolios from an operational perspective and regulatory experience to resolve exceptions or propose solutions.
Serves as an escalation point for specialists.
