Qualifications
• With at least 6-months BPO experience (exp in international, voice account is a PLUS)
• COMPLETED an associate degree or 2 years in college with NO back subjects
• Has experience in Collections, Sales or Fraud
• Knowledgeable with basic computer troubleshooting
• MUST HAVE a wired internet connection at home of atleast 30 MBPS
