Lead the Collections M1 bucket team
Lead and manage M1 team leaders in monitoring collection activities to ensure that collectors are following proper procedures, ethical standards, and meeting repayment and recovery rate targets
Propose initiatives and implements automation or system Development and process improvements of the collections team
Collaborates with several stakeholders locally and regionally in managing initiatives, projects, and strategies
Monitors achievement of the collections team on a regular basis
Create solutions for identified problems in the M1 bucket
Prepare budget and monitor expenses and complete vendor billing
Leads in solving customer escalations and challenges
Provide comprehensive report on collections dashboard to Collections head on a bi-weekly basis
Coaches, motivates, and recognizes team members on a continuous basis
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder preferably graduate of business course
Relevant experience in Collections / Credit / Risk Management
Knowledge in e-commerce, fintech, and unsecured/consumer and corporate loan processes and systems are preferable
Knowledge in collections system and vendor management is highly advantageous
At least 3 years experience in collections
At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role, preferably handling officers and staff
Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail
Strong time and people management skills
