Create and update billing templates
Create and distribute invoices to the respective clients
Record invoice entries in the accounting system
Provide customer support on invoice related questions both from internal and external customers

Record collection entries in the accounting system
Investigate customer payment disputes and provides feedback to account managers
Determine root cause of collection and deduction issues
Provide customer support on payment related questions both from internal and external customers
Reports
Prepares several reports as needed
Record revenue accrual entries for revenue report purposes
Others
Handle project related tasks
Document internal processes
Maintain reference tracking sheets
Update templates of regular reports
Perform other tasks as requested
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, any field
Must have at least 3 years experience in collection/finance field
Willing to work in Quezon City
Excellent character reference
