Purpose of the Role
Ensure maximum recovery on accounts through Inbound/Outbound

Ensure maximum recovery on accounts through Inbound/Outbound
Annalise risk on customer accounts
Making sound decisions to ensure recovery while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Meet metrics on quality, contact efficiency and collection.
This role may be subject to additional background verification checks, Meet and endeavour to exceed metrics on transactional quality, compliance regulations and productivity as per goals.
Shift Window: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM; nine hour shift
Fixed Off Saturday & Sunday
Skills
Functional Skills: Collections experience/ Sales, Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
Behavioral Skills: •Strong Team Player with high level of integrity, Change Management Ability & self-motivated, demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently. Ability to deliver result & display personal accountability.
