Make outbound and receive inbound calls via an Auto Dialer or manual calling
Will spend up to 80% of the time manually calling out or signed on to our dialer to handle consumer phone calls
Communicates through with customers by written collection correspondence (email or snail mail)
Evaluate customers' financial situations by recommending and evaluating action for high risk account
Professionally negotiates for full payment or creates terms for repayment.
Counsel delinquent account customers to assist in finding funds to meet debt obligations
While speaking with consumers performs a thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates in company system for each call made or received
Demonstrates effective skip tracing techniques by locating customer contact information
Strictly comply with departmental procedures and processes
Achieve collection effectiveness and efficiency by meeting productivity benchmarks
Perform other duties as assigned by management
High school degree or equivalent required
At least 6 months to 1-year collections experience (preferably B2C collection)
At least 6 months to 1-year customer service experience
Good knowledge of the FDCPA and debt collection industry practices (Preferable but not required)
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Must have strong negotiation skills
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Ability to work in a team fostered environment
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
