COLLECTION STAFF
 
JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any course or college level
Experience in handling company's cash collection is preferable
Trustworthy and keen on details
Has excellent customer service skills
Can easily establish customer rapport
Hardworking and goal driven
Can work with less supervision and can handle pressure
Knowledge of basic computer applications
Possess good learning attitude
Knows how to multitask
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
Responsible in making Statement of Accounts (SOAs)
Does collection from clients by calling them and doing field collection
Does collection reports
Perform other tasks as may be required from time to time
