Prepare and send various letters/notices/permits to buyers
Review and monitor borrower's ledger based on assigned project and analyze outstanding receivables
Prepare aging accounts receivables with itemized actions taken and payment timeline from borrowers.
Monitor, advise and encourage to settle past due and delinquent buyers
Prepare collection and monitoring reports on regular basis
Monitor take out of buyers housing loan applications from HDMF and bank including but not limited to move-in permits and construction permits
Coordinate with other departments for the immediate resolution of borrower's concerns
Ensure timely issuance of updated and accurate statement of accounts, notices and other billings to borrowers and maintain an updated reports regularly
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Graduate of 4 year course with bachelor degree in any business course
At least with 2 years experience in real estate environment
Willing to go on fieldwork as needed
Capable of working with minimum supervision
Strong analytical and planning skills;
With good oral and written communication skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Real Estate / Mortgage 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
