Job Description:
• Preparation and submission of documents required by client for payment;
• Handle collection by making direct and persistent contact to the client;
• Monitor the progress of the payment with the client and making appropriate follow ups;
• Preparation of progress reports of payment collected and uncollected;
• Preparation of collection notices, demand letters and other correspondence to formalize the demand (if needed).
Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• 1 year experience is required
• Required language(s) is english and Filipino.
• Be good at MS office
