At least 1-year experience in collection.
Good decision making and excellent negotiating skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with debt collection laws.
Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
Knowledge of office and accounting software.
Patience and resilience.
Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
Polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
