Description
Check and monitor older years post-audit balances of all clients;
Analyzes and recommends adjustment of Posy Audit balances as necessary;
Check the system encoding A/R vs payment and prepare the post-audit balances report to be submitted to the respective Account Management Departments for their follow up on a weekly basis;
Check balances that are possible to be written off;
Monitors and follow up the responsible department for Post-Audit and Write-Off concern;
Check the system database and generate status of employee's which can support the request for write-off;
Check the completion of documents for post-audit and write-off request based on the Write-Off Policy;
Coordinates the Accounting for the validity of the adjustment request;
Monitors the submitted adjusted post-audit report and ensure the A/R adjustment are done;
Perform task related to A/R Analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's graduate of any Accounting/Financial courses;
At least 2 years of related experience;
Strong communication both in oral and written;
Problem solving and analytical skills required;
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word;
Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy;
Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
Can start immediately
