General Summary:
This position is responsible mainly to administer collections for Digital and APAC Engage accounts. Responsibilities include review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports , consistent correspondence on follow up on payment arrangement on a timely manner, and maintain 10% of all over due account balances.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports. Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts
Monitor outstanding accounts receivable from the existing clients, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections environment on a timely manner
Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements while keeping and improving client relations.
Resolution efforts regarding collection issues, customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve invoice disputes and short/over payments, invoice and payment reconciliations.
Job specifications:
BS Accountancy graduate ,preferred
At least 1 year working experience in Accounting
Collection Account Receivable experience preferred
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Experience working with any ERP systems, preferably Oracle, a plus
Experience handling high volume transactions
Can work efficiently under minimal supervision
Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Good oral and written English communication skills
Results oriented, fast learner, adaptable, customer oriented
Above average problem-solving skills

Willing to work early morning schedule
