Matutum Meat Packing Corporation is seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Cold Storage Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the entire warehouse workflow, from the freezer to final shipment.

Lead Teams: Direct productivity for both Cold Storage and Dry Warehouse staff.
Shipping & Docs: Manage all outgoing shipments and prepare critical documents for NMIS/BAI compliance.
Inventory Master: Act as the Inventory Controller; track and manage the exact location of all stored items (pallet-level detail).
Quality & Reports: Ensure cleanliness, order flow, and prepare all required logistics and billing reports (storage/handling).
We're Looking For a Professional Who Has:
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a cold storage/warehouse setting.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
Skills: Strong leadership, highly organized, excellent with MS Office, and comfortable managing pressure.
Attitude: Trustworthy, reliable, and a quick-thinking problem-solver.
