Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller VA with a background in Construction and Roofing Services and interacting with Home Insurance Agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing clients and generating insurance agent leads. They will also be responsible for interacting with home insurance agents to gather information about potential clients and their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing clients and create a database of home insurance agents.
Interact with home insurance agents to book an appointment with our Client for a partnership presentation.
Create and maintain a database of potential clients and leads.
Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential insurance agent partners.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Meet weekly and monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Experience in construction and roofing services and interacting with home insurance agents.
Excellent verbal communication and phone skills with close to a native American tone and accent
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiar with the use of Zoho CRM, Just Call or Twilio
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle objections
Hours of Support: Tuesday-Friday, 10AM to 3PM CST
Budget: $4 - $5 per hour
