Cold Caller and Appointment Setter (Part-Time - NightShift | USA)
Part-time 20 hours per week
Php 20,000 per month take-home pay
Work Schedule: 4 Hours Per Shift, From 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday

About the Client:
Our client based in the USA runs a digital marketing agency that offers fully integrated marketing solutions for different businesses such as local car dealers and realtors. They also have had great success with other industries including: residential carpet cleaners, corporate cleaning services, gym and fitness studios, photographers, book launches and e-Commerce companies.
They are looking for a dedicated Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to handle some of the sales and lead management of their Marketing Agency.
About the Role:
This position will focus on customer acquisition for both our client and customers. On the customer side, this includes following up with leads via phone calls and text messages to set up sales appointments with the customer's sales team.
On our client's side, it includes making cold calls and setting appointments for our client's sales calls. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close appointments and increase revenue.
Primary Responsibilities:
Call, text and follow up on prospective leads for both customers and our client.
Record transaction on spreadsheet. (Checking boxes, inserting names)
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
Cold Call through Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) and potential customer list. Set up sales calls for our Client's Sales Team.
Qualifications:
Touching base with customer leads within 10 minutes.
Comfortable making cold calls for our client.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English. Comfortable speaking and making presentations and/or sales.
Persuasive and goal-oriented.
Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
Eager to expand with new sales, clients, and territories.
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
Daily Schedule:
Log into Go High Level Platform.
Check the Customer's Pipeline and follow up with customer leads:
Do so via phone calls and texts.
Once ready, connect those leads to the customer's calendar.
Check our Client's Pipeline to Follow Up & Appointment Set with Leads:
Follow up with "Stale Leads" via text messages, emails, Facebook messages, and phone calls with prospective customers for our client.
Once contact is made, set up the Coaching Call appointment with the sales team's calendar.
Cold Call for our client's daily list.
Use the "Power Dial" campaign setting to make daily cold calls..
Once contact is made, use the appointment setting script.
Once the lead is ready for appointment, set up the appointment with the sales team's calendar.
