As a Community Operations Specialist in the Center of Excellence (COE), you will:
Resolve Fleet Operator and Vehicle Solutions issues and requests to ensure Uber Fleet accounts remain fully operational.
Key responsibilities include reviewing vehicle documents, verifying driver background check statuses, and addressing Uber Fleet account concerns to maintain seamless operations.
Your Impact in Role:As a Community Operations Specialist, you are expected to:
Document Review: Assess vehicle documents to ensure compliance with state-specific requirements.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Accurately and promptly complete urgent tasks assigned by stakeholders.
Short-Term Projects:Execute short-term projects to support newly onboarded partners.
The Experience You'll Bring:Basic Qualifications:For Internal Candidates:
Must be a regular employee of Uber for at least 1 year
Must have a passing performance scorecard for the past 3 months
Must not be currently enrolled in any Performance Improvement Plan
Must not have any active disciplinary action on record upon application
Must be willing to work on holidays and shift schedules
Must be willing to work onsite, primarily in the Clark COE
For External Candidates:
A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, but not required.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have high proficiency in multi-tasking with computers (typing, navigating between tools, and using various software).
Must possess outstanding comprehension and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a team environment, fostering collaboration and continuous process improvement.
Must be willing to work shifts totaling 40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and weekly evening schedules.
Must be willing to work primarily in the Clark COE.
