Description and Requirements
The Coach for Excellence (CfE) acts as the subject matter expert on TELUS International Philippines' coaching excellence processes. He or she performs regular audits and provides feedback to the team leader coaching sessions to ensure the company standards are followed. The Coaching Excellence Lead also contributes to performance improvements in Contact Center Operations through process inspections to determine the degree of compliance, and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Functional Responsibilities
Coaching Audits and Triads. Monitors and audits the coaching sessions of Team Leaders to ensure adherence to the company coaching process. Provides feedback to help Team Leaders improve coaching effectiveness.
Coaching Circles. Prepares materials on coaching and facilitates discussions with Team Leaders regarding their coaching challenges and best practices.
Coaching Audit Calibrations. Facilitates coaching audit calibrations with Operations Managers and other CE Leads in order to ensure consistency of standards for coaching.
Coaching Excellence Training. Facilitates Coaching Excellence certification training for Team Leaders to ensure alignment in understanding of the company process for coaching.
Coaching Innovation. Continuously monitors and tests the effectiveness of the coaching excellence processes and takes the necessary steps to coordinate enhancements as needed.
Process Audits. Performs internal inspection/audits to measure compliance and identify areas for improvement in CE-related processes that impact Operations' ability to deliver superior results to its clients.
Reporting. Reports coaching excellence results, process audit findings and updates during meetings of key stakeholders. Discusses issues and identifies possible interventions with concerned departments.
Special Projects and Others. Performs tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or manager for the accomplishment of the company's CE objectives., e.g., special CE interventions and campaigns, etc.
