The Role
As a CMS Development Officer, responsible for managing the over-all pre-implementation requirement of a business deal of the products under purview of Cash Management Division, which can be positioned as business solutions for wholesale accounts.
How you'll contribute
Prepare in-depth analysis of clients' ERP systems, collection and disbursement procedures and based on this analysis must develop, maintain and customize data conversion modules to allow integration of customer ERP systems with DigiBanker.
Attend regular project team meetings and assist in product development using analytical and critical thinking and information gathering to deliver better banking experience to clients.
Attend technical meeting with clients together with the Product or Sales Manager to conduct client interviews in order to understand the specific business requirements of the client.
Provide regular update to sales and product management team on status of client/deal implementation through proper monitoring to improve on efficiency and delivery of cash management solutions.
Coordinate with technology providers and other suppliers for matters pertaining to customer integration or product implementation using existing Bank information to deliver client requirements and needs.
Manage project implementation with proper endorsement to implementation managers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of agreed business requirement.
What we're looking for
With at least 1-4 years experience in Banking and Financial, IT-Hardware, IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, IT-Software, Programming
Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Industrial, Computer Science/Information Technology
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Background in any programming language and the banking industry is an advantage. - Must be customer centric and a fast learner. Can multi-task and can work under pressure.
Willing to render overtime and can be assigned to provincial areas if needed. Has good written and oral communication skills. - Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients. Can get the job done with the specified deadline
